WELCOME
Welcome! Lucky Leash Rescue is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to providing rescue services, vet care, foster care, and adoptive placement to stray and abandoned dogs and cats. Lucky Leash Rescue saves animals from around the city of Houston, but our primary focus is on the animals of BARC, Houston's City Pound. All of our animals are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, treated by a veterinarian for any outstanding health issues, and immediately placed on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.
